Prior to iTeres, Mr. Ellingson was the Managing Director of a highly-successful consulting firm specializing in the Utilities market space. Mr. Ellingson’s experience as a senior IT Executive in a multi-billion dollar energy company, along with similar roles within multiple municipalities gives him a unique perspective on the issues surrounding complex technology planning, decision-making, and execution.
